Dylan Cecce Sweeps Hoag Memorial at Outlaw Speedway
Earns $2,777 Payday for Fourth Straight Hoag Memorial Triumph
AVIS, Pa. (09/18/24) – Dylan Cecce ended his 2024 season in dominant fashion with a flag-to-flag victory in Saturday’s Hoag Memorial at Outlaw Speedway aboard his Keystone Rail Recovery / Creek Side Heating & Air Conditioning / Close Racing Supply No. 18 Street Stock.
Cecce collected a $2,777 payday in the annual event honoring the late Donald “Dutch” Hoag. The victory marked the fourth year in a row that he won the event.
The victory marked Cecce’s sixth overall of the 2024 campaign.
“It feels good to pick up my fourth win in this event,” Cecce said. “That was the goal coming here, to return to victory lane. It was cool to do it with a different strategy with the race being shortened. It was kind of harder in my opinion with only 50 laps. But it feels awesome, big thanks to Russ and Jamie Clark for providing me the opportunity. I can’t thank them enough.”
In search of the four-peat, Dylan Cecce entered the Russ Clark Motorsports No. 18x Street Stock into battle at Outlaw Speedway (Dundee, N.Y.) on Friday night to compete in preliminaries to kick off the 13th annual Dutch Hoag Memorial.
With the 4/10-mile oval hosting a pair of dash races for Street Stocks on Friday, Cecce raced into Saturday night’s 50-lap main event with a commanding victory.
Joining Outlaw Speedway track champion Gene Sharpsteen on the front row for the feature on Saturday, Cecce led flag-to-flag en route to his sixth win of the season and his fourth straight victory in the Hoag Memorial.
He banked the $2,777.88 payday ahead of Jimmy Grant, CJ Guererri, Sharpsteen, Mike Wonderling.

Saturday’s triumph concludes the season for Dylan Cecce and the Russ Clark Motorsports team. The Avis, Pa., driver amassed six wins, 14 Top-5’s, and 17 Top-10’s in Late Model and Street Stock Competition.
